We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to guide and grow Itron’s Grid Reliability product line globally. In this role, you will shape the strategy, guide portfolio development, and foster strong internal and external partnerships. Your work will focus on advancing solutions that improve outage performance, fault location, and prediction capabilities in the Low Voltage and Medium Voltage distribution system, leveraging Itron’s Distribution Intelligence platform. This position requires the ability to coordinate across functions, support and inspire teams, and cultivate collaborative industry relationships. Success will be measured by adoption of high-value solutions, growth in customer impact, and recognition of Itron as a trusted facilitator in Grid Reliability outcomes. Duties & Responsibilities: Guide the global Grid Reliability product line strategy, ensuring adoption, customer success, and business growth. Shape and evolve the solution roadmap, including ecosystem and partner engagement. Work with cross-functional teams—including Sales, R&D, Service Delivery, Marketing, and Networks—to align strategies and deliver customer value. Partner with utility customers, industry stakeholders, and solution partners to understand needs and co-create solutions. Promote Itron’s Grid Reliability solutions at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Develop competitive positioning, market insights, and customer use cases that inform business selections. Provide coaching and support to internal teams and partners, ensuring knowledge of product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Oversee product lifecycle activities, balancing solution trade-offs to ensure customer satisfaction and portfolio performance. Support portfolio prioritization and operational execution, aligning business cases and go-to-market plans. Required Skills & Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development, or strategic planning. Demonstrated expertise in developing and positioning solutions for utilities or related regulated markets. Background in distribution grid operations, ideally with diagnostics, prevention of faults, or control room solutions. Experience guiding adoption of integrated hardware, software, and managed services. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business, regulatory, and technical factors. Skilled communicator—comfortable engaging with both technical teams and executive audiences. Organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic and evolving environments. Demonstrated success in aligning strategies across diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. MBA (or equivalent education/experience) preferred. Preferred Skills & Experience: Background in consultative solution selling and market development. Familiarity with utility challenges, business case modeling, and industry best practices. Experience with top-tier management consulting or equivalent strategic roles. Liberty Lake, WA Salary Range: $125,000 - $215,000 base San Jose, CA Salary Range: $161,000 - $265,000 base This position is eligible for our annual bonus program.
