Full Description

Job Title: Senior Java Backend Developer Location : Remote Type : Full Time Experience Level: Senior (10+ years) Key Responsibilities: • Serve as a technical expert deployed on-demand to high-priority projects requiring architectural guidance or hands-on problem-solving. • Rapidly assess unfamiliar systems and technologies to identify issues and propose effective solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and implement scalable solutions. • Develop proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to validate proposed designs and demonstrate feasibility. • Engage in hands-on coding and scripting as needed to support development teams. • Provide architectural oversight and technical mentorship to project teams. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of system design and development practices. Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in software development and system architecture. • Proven expertise as a Full Stack Developer, with strong proficiency in Java and Python. • Solid experience with Python scripting for automation and integration tasks. • Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services and cloud-native application development. • Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration (hands-on experience is a plus). • Strong understanding of infrastructure, systems, and networking concepts. • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and applications. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and take initiative in fast-paced environments. • Formal education in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a consulting or solutioning team environment. • Exposure to middleware, proprietary systems, and custom enterprise applications. • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
