This position offers the flexibility to work from various locations, with a preference for candidates near our Atlanta or Dallas offices. What You'll Do: - You will manage and support underwriting account services for specialty construction clients. - You will collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts. - You will maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing client needs. - You will oversee account documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline account management processes. - You will assist in training and mentoring junior team members to enhance team performance. - You will analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the underwriting account service function. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in underwriting account management or a related insurance field. - Strong knowledge of specialty construction insurance products and underwriting processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a large insurance company or multinational environment. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the insurance industry. - Professional insurance designations such as CPCU or ARM. - Demonstrated leadership or project management experience.
