What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in underwriting account management or a related insurance role. - Strong knowledge of specialty construction insurance products and industry practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within a large insurance company or brokerage. - Familiarity with Zurich’s underwriting guidelines and systems. - Relevant industry certifications such as CPCU or ARM. - Demonstrated leadership or project management experience.
