What You'll Do: - You will manage and support underwriting account services for specialty construction clients. - You will collaborate with underwriters and brokers to facilitate smooth account operations. - You will ensure timely and accurate processing of underwriting documentation and endorsements. - You will maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - You will coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve service delivery. - You will monitor account performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - You will assist in training and mentoring junior team members to enhance team capabilities. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the underwriting service process. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in underwriting account management or a related insurance service role. - You have strong knowledge of specialty construction insurance products and underwriting processes. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client and team interactions. - You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple accounts. - You are proficient with insurance software and Microsoft Office applications. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within a large insurance company or a specialty lines environment. - Familiarity with Zurich’s underwriting systems and tools. - Proven ability to lead or mentor a team. - Relevant industry certifications such as CPCU or ARM.
