What You'll Do: - You will manage and service a portfolio of underwriting accounts within the specialties construction sector. - You will collaborate closely with underwriters to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts. - You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. - You will coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth underwriting operations and policy issuance. - You will analyze account data to identify trends and support risk assessment. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and company policies. - You will contribute to process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. - You will support training and mentoring of junior team members as needed. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in underwriting account management or a related insurance field. - Strong knowledge of construction insurance products and underwriting processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. - Proficiency with insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working within specialties construction insurance. - Familiarity with Zurich’s underwriting systems and tools. - Relevant industry certifications such as CPCU or ARM. - Prior experience in a client-facing role within the insurance sector.
