What You'll Do: - You will support crop insurance agents by providing timely and accurate account service. - You will collaborate with underwriters to review and analyze risk data for crop insurance policies. - You will assist in the preparation and processing of underwriting documentation. - You will maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. - You will communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve inquiries and issues. - You will contribute to process improvements to enhance underwriting efficiency. - You will stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes affecting crop insurance. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in underwriting support or insurance account service. - You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and underwriting software. - You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience specifically in crop insurance underwriting or related agricultural insurance. - Knowledge of risk analysis and insurance policy documentation. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance industry. - Prior experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
