What You Bring: - You bring 2+ years of experience in underwriting support or insurance account service. - You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and underwriting software. - You have a keen attention to detail and organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience specifically in crop insurance underwriting or related agricultural insurance. - Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and insurance regulations. - Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting. - Previous experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
