Your work will involve reviewing and analyzing risks to ensure accurate and efficient underwriting processes. What You'll Do: - You will support crop insurance agents by providing timely and accurate account service. - You will collaborate closely with underwriters to review and analyze risk data. - You will assist in the preparation and processing of underwriting documentation. - You will maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with company policies. - You will communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve inquiries. - You will contribute to continuous process improvements within the underwriting team. - You will monitor and track account activities to support underwriting decisions. What You Bring: - You bring 2+ years of experience in underwriting support or insurance account service. - You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and underwriting software. - You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in crop insurance or agricultural underwriting. - Knowledge of risk assessment and insurance regulations. - Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting. - Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment.
