Zurich North America is currently a Project Manager – End User Computing and this person will work in a hybrid schedule out of our Schaumburg North America HQ. The EUC Project Manager leads cross functional initiatives to modernize and scale the workforce computing experience—covering Windows/macOS endpoints, virtual desktop platforms (AVD/Citrix), collaboration/M365, device provisioning, and endpoint management/security. The role owns project delivery from scoping through benefits realization, ensuring projects achieve business outcomes, comply with security and regulatory standards, and integrate seamlessly with IT operations and service management. Responsibilities: Plan and execute EUC projects using agile/iterative methodology; drive detailed project schedules, dependencies, and resource plans across engineering, platform, security, service desk, and vendor teams. Translate business outcomes into technical deliverables for endpoint, VDI, image/patching, application packaging, group policy, and device lifecycle processes. Lead readiness (communications, training, pilots), manage change advisory board submissions, and ensure nondisruptive deployment to production users. Identify and mitigate risks; ensure adherence to security baselines (Zero Trust, MFA, EDR), privacy/regulatory obligations, and audit requirements. Establish project budgets and forecasts; manage statements of work (SOWs), vendor performance, and cost optimization. Define support models, SLAs, and monitoring; document runbooks; transition solutions to Operations/L3 teams with measurable success criteria. Maintain transparent status and benefit tracking; facilitate decisions with I&O leadership; align with Portfolio/PMO governance. Analyze EUC service metrics and incident trends; sponsor backlog items that improve stability, performance, and user experience. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Communications or Project Management area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Communications or Project Management area AND Experience in strategic and operational consulting or business systems integration Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing IT infrastructure or EUC projects (multisite or global preferred). Demonstrated delivery of endpoint or VDI initiatives (Windows/macOS, AVD/Citrix, AWS Workspace, Intune/MAM). Strong grasp of service management (ITIL v3/v4), change/release practices, and operational readiness. Proficiency with project tooling (MS Project or equivalent, Azure DevOps/Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI/Excel). Excellent presentation skills with the ability to develop clear, concise, executive ready reporting for senior leadership (dashboards, heatmaps, status summaries, and decision briefs) Experience with modern identity and security: Entra ID/Azure AD, Defender for Endpoint, Conditional Access, BitLocker, GPO/Intune policy. Background in application packaging and software distribution; image engineering and feature updates (WUfB). Certifications: PMP/PMIACP/Prince2, ITIL Foundation, AZ140 (AVD) or CCEV (Citrix), Microsoft 365 certs. Experience in regulated industries with strong audit/compliance demands. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation skills. Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. The proposed salary range for this position is $110,220.00 - $180,510.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 15%.
