JOB TITLE: Merch Team Assistant ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE: Reports to Buying Manager SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt - Variable Hour DEPARTMENT: Hardgoods - 728 SCHEDULE: Full Time DURATION: Position to last until July 17, 2026 LOCATION: In-office at Lynnwood Home Office   POSITION SUMMARY: The Merch Team Assistant is a critical position supporting the operation of the buying department.
