Manage and deliver HR technology projects focused on Workday solutions, improving onboarding and compliance workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Requires 5+ years in HR technology project management with Workday implementation experience, strong Agile and Jira skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement.
What We Look For in You (Requirements) ● 5+ years in HR technology product or technical project management, including stakeholder management and cross‑functional delivery. ● 5+ years implementing Workday solutions and integrating HR technology capabilities. ● Proven ability to deliver employee and manager experience improvements in onboarding, compliance, or HR workflows. ● Experience defining and rolling out new processes and systems in fast‑paced environments. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. ● Agile experience with strong Jira skills for backlog management, story creation, sprint planning, and tracking. ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders. Nice to Haves ● Technical experience integrating Workday with collaboration tools (e.g., Slack) or middleware platforms (e.g., Workato). ● PMP or other formal project management certification. ● Workday Extend experience. ● Experience leveraging AI for HR-specific use cases (e.g., personalized onboarding content).
