Zschool Program Manager Job Description Position: Recruiting/Sales Program Manager Location: Remote | Flexible Schedule About the Role: Are you passionate about fostering meaningful connections and driving innovation in executive education? As a Recruiting/Sales Program Manager, you’ll engage with executives to discuss opportunities to join our advisory board as active contributors to our Executive Certificate Programs. Their expertise and insights play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our curriculum, ensuring it remains forward-thinking and impactful. This is a consultative, service-oriented role—not a high-pressure sales position. All leads are warm, provided by our marketing team—no cold calling required. You’ll focus on building relationships, scheduling and conducting up to 12 phone meetings daily, clearly articulating the value of our programs, and fostering collaborative partnerships. This fully remote role offers paid training, a flexible schedule, and an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the field of executive education. Key Responsibilities: • Present, promote, and communicate our services to prospective clients with professionalism and clarity. • Conduct needs analyses to identify how executives can benefit from participating in our advisory board. • Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships. • Act as a liaison between the University, Zschool, and clients, ensuring alignment and satisfaction. • Continuously refine and improve processes through feedback and collaboration. • Meet agreed-upon targets in a supportive, flexible environment. Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, program management, or a client-facing role. • Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills. • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. • Ability to deliver tailored presentations that address specific prospect needs. • Relationship-building mindset with a strong commitment to excellent service.
