Full Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Bellevue, WA. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive client acquisition/retention. Responsibilities include staff hiring, supervision, store organization, sales, and providing excellent customer service. The Store Manager will also coordinate socialization events and dog training classes. Dog training experience NOT required. A LOVE for dogs is REQUIRED! Current and former boutique fitness/Yoga/Pilates etc store managers do particualrly well. Qualifications • Enjoy sales, client acquisition, phone skills, etc • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills • Strong Communication skills • Proven leadership and team management abilities • Passion for dogs and their well-being • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends • Experience in the pet industry is a plus Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary of $65,000. • Performance-based bonuses Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 per year Benefits: • Paid time off Work Location: In person
