We exist to help partners maximize customer value and long-term engagement.ResponsibilitiesDriving partner onboarding and success planning to ensure effective adoption and renewal outcomes.Enabling partners to increase adoption, engagement, and long-term customer valueCollaborating with partner and internal teams to reduce risk and churnCollaborating with partner teams to develop and execute scalable customer retention and growth strategies.Identifying expansion opportunities within partner-managed customer portfoliosAligning cross-functionally to deliver consistent, scalable customer experiencesWhat we're looking for5+ years of experience in customer success, partner management, or account managementBe fluent in German and EnglishDrive retention, adoption, and growth through indirect or partner-led modelsBe able to analyze customer data to identify risk, opportunity, and next actionsCommunicate clearly and build trusted relationships with partners and stakeholdersEnable and coach others using structured guidance and best practicesBring experience with SaaS platforms, collaboration tools, or unified communications solutions.Ways of WorkingOur structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
