Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR sourcing, executive recruiting, and campus recruitment, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in industry-standard ATS and HRIS systems such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, and PeopleSoft. This role involves developing strategic recruitment plans, managing candidate pipelines, and fostering relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the organization attracts top talent. The Senior Recruiter will play a vital role in shaping our workforce and supporting organizational growth through effective talent management and succession planning. Duties • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a diverse range of roles including technical, executive, and campus recruitment initiatives. • Utilize ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, Taleo, and iCIMS to source, track, and manage candidate applications efficiently. • Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate hiring decisions aligned with employment & labor law compliance. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies through social media management, cold calling, relationship management, and lead generation techniques. • Manage employee orientation programs, employee evaluation processes, and employee relations initiatives to ensure a positive onboarding experience. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment campaigns utilizing HRIS systems like Kronos, UltiPro, ADP, and Salesforce. • Engage in negotiation of employment contracts and manage internal recruiting efforts to fill key positions swiftly. • Support training & development programs aimed at enhancing team capabilities and leadership succession planning. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices to ensure compliance across all recruiting activities. Qualifications • Proven experience in talent acquisition with expertise in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and HR sourcing. • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Taleo, iCIMS; HRIS platforms including Workday, PeopleSoft; and payroll systems like ADP or Paychex. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels. • Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, research skills, and cold calling techniques. • Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices. • Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is preferred. • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
