What you can expect Zoom is looking for a talented sales person who specializes in SaaS telephony sales. Our UCaaS Advisor team focuses on working with strategic accounts in a defined geographic territory. About The Team The Zoom UCaaS sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Responsibilities • Working with existing and new customers to sell UCaaS services that meet their communication needs • Developing an understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes • Creating, delivering and managing client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) • Partnering with Account Executives to drive the UCaaS sales cycle for new logos and upsell opportunities • Conducting high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs • Working closely with product teams to drive customer feedback and improve product • Working strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions What we’re looking for • 6+ years of Account Executive experience at a technology company • Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience • Direct UCaaS, Platform and SaaS selling experience • Understands the industry standards, and can partner with direct sales account executives to prospect new opportunities and increase the sales funnel • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool Minimum Salary Range or On Target Earnings: $174.500,00 Maximum $389.400,00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
