The Clinical Specialist provides technical support during the implant of the remedē System and offers training to hospital staff. They work closely with the Territory Manager to support all aspects of the sales process and optimize therapy during overnight sleep studies.
A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field and 2+ years of experience in a clinical support role with a medical device company are required. IBHRE certification is preferred, along with exceptional communication skills and a team-player mindset.

Essential Functions Provide technical support during implant of the remedē System Provide training to hospital staff during the opening of a new implanting center Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration Work closely with the Territory Manager (TM) to support all aspects of the sales process Support therapy optimization of the remedē System during overnight sleep studies Train new customers to use the remedē System programmer and to perform all aspects of device programming Work in a highly dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule Maintain current vendor credentials to have access to customer facilities Provide remote technical support during scheduled “on-call” duties Required/Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree preferably in a technical field required 2+ years in a clinical support role with a medical device company, preferably from the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry with extensive implant support experience required IBHRE certification Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary Travel Requirements Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 80% ZOLL is a fast-growing company that operates in more than 140 countries around the world.
