What You Bring • 3+ years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering. • Strong Linux and Windows administration across multiple distributions. • Hands-on Kubernetes experience: cluster setup, configuration, management, and optimization. • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Packer). • Familiarity with OpenNebula or other on-prem cloud platforms. • Experience with physical infrastructure setup (servers, storage, networking). • Experience with software-defined networking and Kubernetes networking stacks. • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash). • Understanding of CI/CD principles and pipeline design. • Comfortable in fast-paced, creative environments. Bonus Skills • GPU orchestration and AI/ML pipelines. • Creative tools (Deadline, Nuke, Houdini, Maya). • Containerized GUI applications or remote apps. • VFX, gaming, architecture, or scientific computing background. • Open-source or technical community contributions. What You'll Learn • Architecting and scaling cloud-native infrastructure without public cloud providers. • Advanced Kubernetes cluster management and GPU workload optimization. • AI/ML pipeline integration into creative production. • Secure data handling and compliance best practices in media production. • Cross-functional collaboration with creative, engineering, and security teams. • High-performance rendering workflows and VFX toolchains. Additional Information • Pay Range: 130k-145k DOE. • The listed pay range represents the minimum to maximum range for this job description.
