This role will be the operational backbone of Zocks’ GTM organization, ensuring our sales team is fully enabled to hit quota. This role is responsible for building, integrating, and maintaining the systems and processes that connect lead generation to closed-won revenue. You’ll own the lead-to-cash lifecycle, manage key integrations between marketing automation, CRM, and sales engagement platforms, and drive operational excellence across campaigns, cadences, and deal execution. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of systems, and execution. You bring both technical fluency (Salesforce, Salesloft, HubSpot, Stripe) and commercial acumen, ensuring every lead, meeting, and opportunity is actioned with speed and precision. \n \n $100,000 - $150,000 a year Key Responsibilities Lead-to-Cash Process Design -Build and optimize scalable lead-to-cash workflows, ensuring full visibility from marketing attribution through closed-won deals and renewals. -Design and maintain lead routing, opportunity stage mapping, and data enrichment logic across Salesforce, Salesloft, and HubSpot. -Establish SLAs for lead response and follow-up, enforcing same-day actioning across AE and SDR teams. Systems Integration & Administration -Administer and enhance integrations between marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Avina, Clay, Instantly, ZoomInfo), CRM (Salesforce), and customer and prospect engagement tools (Salesloft, Intercom). -Manage and evolve Zocks’ CPQ, order form generation (DocuSign, Nintex DocGen), and contract approval workflows to ensure speed and accuracy in deal processing. -Own system hygiene, including deduplication, enrichment, and contact data accuracy across all GTM systems. Campaign Operations & Lead Management -Partner with marketing to operationalize webinar, event, and conference lead capture, ensuring all inbound leads are enriched, routed, and followed up on within SLA. -Create automated sequences for AE and SDR follow-ups by campaign type, optimizing for meeting conversion and demo booking. -Track lead disposition and campaign ROI across sources to inform pipeline generation strategy. Sales Enablement & Performance Tracking -Partner with Marketing to develop, deploy, and maintain Salesloft team cadences optimized for outreach effectiveness and conversion. -Create and manage AE quota dashboards, ensuring visibility into attainment, pipeline coverage, and pacing. -Draft and distribute clear commission letters for AEs and SDRs, reflecting current comp plans, accelerators, and payment schedules. Operational Excellence -Document all core processes in a centralized playbook, with a focus on repeatability and audit readiness. -Implement process audits to ensure compliance with data integrity, workflow efficiency, and SLA adherence. -Identify automation opportunities to eliminate manual work and accelerate pipeline velocity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or related GTM systems role at a B2B SaaS company. Deep familiarity with Salesforce (administrator-level proficiency preferred). Experience managing Salesloft, HubSpot, or comparable sales engagement and marketing automation tools. Strong understanding of CPQ, quote generation, and order management workflows. Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights and action. Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with same-day responsiveness expectations. Preferred Experience Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales teams in WealthTech (SMB, MM, and ENT segments). Previous ownership of SDR/AE campaign routing and follow-up automation.
