Role Overview: As an Application Developer at Zirous, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet our clients' evolving needs. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and implement software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. - You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. - You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues. - You will assist in the deployment and integration of applications within client environments. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance application performance. - You will support documentation efforts to ensure clear and comprehensive technical records. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in application development or software engineering. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript. - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with data analytics tools and marketing technology platforms. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Certifications related to cloud computing or software development.
