Role Overview: As an Application Developer at Zirous, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that meet our clients' evolving needs. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and implement software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks. - You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. - You will write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices. - You will participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - You will troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues. - You will assist in the deployment and integration of applications within client environments. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance application development. - You will support documentation efforts to ensure clear communication of technical specifications. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in application development, preferably in a hybrid work environment. - You possess strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript. - You have experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. - You are familiar with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You have effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. - Prior experience in marketing technology or data analytics projects.
