REQUIREMENT: Systems Analyst 3 - Peoplesoft Functional - AR/Billing Process Expert & Public Sector ERP Modernization Consultant Charleston, South Carolina Remote) Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects are must. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree + 5+ years related experience OR 9+ years of related work experience without a degree • PMP certification • CSM certification • 1+ year working with Business Analysts • 1+ year experience with Kanbans Preferred: • Any other Project Management Institute (PMI) certifications • Any other Agile or Scrum certifications • Product Owner experience • Experience with ServiceNow • Experience with Data Analysts or Data Scientists • Previous IT background (analyst, programmer, etc.) Specific Skills: • Project Management (PMO governance, dashboards, executive reporting) • Agile & Scrum (Kanban boards, sprint planning, backlog tracking) • Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Departmental Communication • Risk & Issue Management (mitigation planning, blocker resolution) • ServiceNow & MS Project (project tracking, documentation, workflow management) • Business Analyst Collaboration (requirements gathering, documentation) • Mentoring & Coaching (Agile practices, continuous improvement) If you are interested share your updated resume with contact number to sivarajan.s@zirlen.com This is a remote position.
