REQUIREMENT: Senior Project Manager - Enterprise IT Implementation & Agile Delivery (PMP Certified) Austin, Texas (Hybrid)---Locals Only Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects are must Minimum Qualifications: • 10 years of experience managing large-scale enterprise project implementations. • 10 years of experience in research, analysis, reporting, and problem-solving. • 10 years of experience overseeing SDLC artifacts and translating business requirements into technical specifications. • 10 years of experience building and maintaining stakeholder and sponsor relationships with strong communication skills. • 10 years of experience in issue escalation, weekly reporting, and conducting project team meetings. • 10 years of experience working in collaborative, fast-paced environments. • 10 years of strong analytical and problem-solving expertise. • 10 years of experience managing projects using Agile methodology and tracking development progress. • 10 years of experience leading Agile projects with feature-driven sprints. Preferred: • 5+ years implementing Agile projects within Texas State Agencies. • PMP Certification (explicitly required, not just preferred).
