Growing $80M High Quality Premium European Window & Door Manufacturer of competitive and innovative products seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager - SouthEast USA territory. Our products are a leader in quality and innovation for wood-aluminium windows, glass facades and front doors, and has the hurricane certification. This is a working manager with the Southern States territory that will help to double the market in the new few years. Be a part of a team creating change and driving results! • Must have 5+ years of demonstrated success in growing business in the window and door industry working with architects and generating new business. • Territory: Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Washington DC, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi • Strong hunter with demonstrated success in building new business • Must have strong selling, closing and negotiation skills along with strong communication skills • Self starter, enthusiastic, dynamic and proactive with a friendly and engaging personality • Strong technical background - technical sales, carpentry experience a plus • Work from home office, 50% travel in your territory (every other week), occasional travel internationally. Can be located in Atlanta area, Orlando area or Charlotte area. Need to have a car, and valid driver license and passport. • Competitive compensation: $90k base with 17% target bonus, car allowance and healthcare allowance.
