Our mission is to deliver high-performance technologies that improve surgical outcomes, reduce complexity, and elevate the standard of care for patients. Position Overview The position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) does not necessarily require the applicant to have been a CCO and is perfect for one who has 10-15 years of experience in orthopedic soft tissue repair device sales area with the executive flare that will serve as the senior executive responsible for all revenue-generating operations, including sales, commercial strategy, distribution development, surgeon engagement programs, and market expansion initiatives. This leader will later build and manage national and regional sales channels, develop high-performing commercial teams, and create a scalable infrastructure to support rapid growth in the orthopedic soft-tissue repair market. Initially will be the primary company initiator and creator of the growth with individual touches emanating from all cycle staging of the sales funnel from industry and surgeon specific mailers, to cold calls on prospective leads, to early training interactions. Success as an applicant will be based upon create, initiate and close. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, metrics-driven commercial executive with a history of award-winning sales success and deep experience in the soft-tissue repair and orthopedic medical device sector. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy, including pricing, sales channels, distribution partnerships, and surgeon outreach programs. • Lead, expand, and mentor the regional and national sales force. • Establish and track KPIs related to revenue, pipeline growth, and commercial performance. • Drive market penetration in sports medicine, shoulder, hip, knee, and soft-tissue repair segments. • Build strong relationships with KOLs, surgeons, distributors, and hospital systems. • Lead commercial training, competitive positioning, and product launch strategy. • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, forecasting, and operational alignment. • Provide insights on product innovation, customer feedback, and competitive trends. Qualifications • 10–15 years of successful commercial experience in the orthopedic space, with a strong focus on soft-tissue repair technologies. • Proven history as a regional or national award-winning sales leader. • Demonstrated success scaling sales organizations and driving consistent revenue growth. • Experience working with early-stage or growth-stage medical device companies is preferred. • Strong network with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine specialists . CLOSE relationship with minimum 3-4 hospital purchasing groups. • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic-planning skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and improving commercial processes. Compensation Compensation will be commensurate with experience, industry reputation, and sales performance history. A performance-based incentive structure will be included to reward commercial growth, territory expansion, and revenue achievement.
