Job DescriptionJob DescriptionREQUIREMENT:Senior Systems Analyst Enterprise UI/UX, Accessibility & AI/ML Interface Design SpecialistAustin, Texas (Hybrid)--- OnlyNeed Overall 10+Years of experience3 References from the recent projects are must.Minimum Qualifications:11+ years of UI/UX design for enterprise systems (wireframes, prototypes, visual hierarchies using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).11+ years of Collaboration with technical/non-technical teams, translating business needs into design aligned with accessibility & branding standards.10+ years of Applying UX design principles (hierarchy, contrast, alignment) for responsive & accessible web/mobile interfaces.10+ years of Creating wireframes & prototypes in Agile development cycles.:5+ years Designing diagrams/visual narratives (workflows, timelines, architecture).3+ years Facilitating design workshops & stakeholder sessions.3+ years Bachelors in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.3+ years Multitasking across multiple design streams.Bonus: Experience with eligibility determination or other rule-based, data-intensive systems.Specific Skills:UI/UX design: wireframes, prototypes, visual hierarchies.Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Hotjar.Accessibility (WCAG) & branding compliance.Responsive web & mobile design.Usability testing & user research.Journey mapping & discovery workshops.Data visualization for complex systems.AI/ML interface design (Explainable AI, human-AI interaction).Collaboration & communication with cross-functional teams.If you are interested share your updated resume with contact number to sivarajan.s@zirlen.comFlexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
