Excellent project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage complexity across multiple brands and initiatives simultaneously What you’ll do Own and Execute Meta Paid Social End-to-End. You will directly build, launch, manage, and optimize Meta paid social campaigns across a complex, multi-brand portfolio. This includes campaign setup, budget pacing, creative and audience management, and ongoing optimization, with accountability for performance, efficiency, and revenue impact. Analyze Performance and Develop Clear Hypotheses. You will regularly dig into campaign performance data to understand what’s driving results across audiences, messaging, formats, and placements. You’ll move beyond surface-level reporting to develop clear, testable hypotheses that explain why something is working and what to try next. Generate Actionable Creative Insights. You will translate performance data into concrete creative guidance for product marketing and design. Articulating what we know to be true about messaging, hooks, formats, and value propositions, and how those insights should shape future asset production. Communicate Results and Recommendations. You will share clear, concise performance readouts and recommendations with cross-functional partners and leadership. You’ll explain not just what happened, but why it happened and what actions should follow. Proactively proposing new tests, optimizations, and opportunities to expand impact within the platforms you manage. Set Direction Within the Channel. Within the broader growth and marketing goals, you’ll help shape paid social strategy for the channels you own. You’ll independently develop campaign ideas, testing priorities, and optimization approaches, staying current on platform updates, new placements, and emerging best practices to continuously improve performance.
