Requirement for a remote, hands-on Oracle Fusion PPM & Integrations Technical Lead, with a focus on ongoing integration and reporting for an Oracle Fusion solution. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensure traceability from requirement to design to build to test to deployment for all integration and reporting objects that touch PPM and Finance • Partner with Finance and PPM leads to validate the subledger transformation mappings and accounting logic • Collaborate with the Solution Delivery Manager on design governance, risk management and cutover planning • Own end to end technical validation, with primary focus on: • Reports and analytics used by project managers, controllers and Finance • Interfaces and integrations that feed or consume PPM and Finance data • Key technical configurations that support project-centric processes • Support SIT and UAT planning for technical objects, ensuring test coverage reflects real project and finance scenarios • Work with business leads as needed to perform root cause analysis using system logs, integration messages, and OIC tracing to diagnose SIT and UAT issues quickly and accurately • Review and provide sign off on technical deliverables from the System Integrator, including: • Functional and technical design documents • Integration mappings and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) flows, especially around project costs, time, billing and revenue • Reporting specifications and layouts for OTBI and BI Publisher • Work directly in Oracle Fusion and OIC to: • Inspect and debug integration runs, logs and payloads • Adjust mappings or configurations where appropriate • Validate that project and financial data moves correctly across systems and modules • Convey impacts on integrations & reporting • Collaborate with SI to improve performance, data quality, and resilience of integrations and reports • Actively work with logs, report definitions, mappings, and payloads • Perform detailed technical reviews and unit testing of objects built by the System Integrator • Translate functional needs of the PPM and Finance/Accounting leads into technical solutions • Assist non-technical stakeholders with understanding options and tradeoffs • Build or update technical components where needed, such as: • OTBI and BI Publisher reports, including cross subject reporting across PPM, and other Finance modules • OIC integrations and related technical configurations • DFF and EFF and other technical configuration elements that support project and • financial processing Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience): • 7+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion ERP • 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, in a technical lead or senior technical consultant capacity • Understanding of core Finance modules • GL, AP, AR, FA, RMCS, etc. • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion technical concepts: • DFF/EFF, Security, and Core Configuration options and how they affect reporting & integrations • Experience building and tuning OTBI and BI Publisher reports: • Reporting that can combine PPM and Financial data • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and REST or SOAP based integrations • Design, build, debug • Strong working knowledge of: • Project billing, revenue, project structures, cost collection, time and expense • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and data lineage • Ability to work well with business, vendor, and IT teams • Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills, and ability to document technical information • Data flow tracing, and understanding cross-module impacts • Ability to read and provide constructive review for design documents and mapping specs produced by a System Integrator, then verify in system build Work Location Type: Remote; occasional meetings at client site for scheduled events or milestones
