Business Development Manager – Transatlantic & Transpacific Location: Moonachie, NJ (On-site, 5 days/week) Salary: $85,000–$100,000 + Commission Travel: Required About The Role We’re seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow our business across the Eastern US, focusing on Transatlantic (North America–Europe) and Transpacific (North America–Asia) trade lanes. You’ll identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and provide customized freight and supply chain solutions. Key Responsibilities • Grow Transatlantic and Transpacific trade lane business. • Build relationships with importers, exporters, and supply chain leaders. • Identify client needs and present freight solutions (ocean, air, warehousing, customs). • Prepare proposals and quotes with operations and pricing teams. • Track market trends and meet/exceed sales goals. Must-Have Experience • Transatlantic logistics experience (North America–Europe). • Transpacific logistics experience (North America–Asia). • B2B sales experience in logistics or freight forwarding. • Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping.
