We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Sales Strategy Business Partner to play a key role in shaping the future of real estate through operational excellence and forward-thinking leadership. About the role The Senior Sales Strategy Business Partner will join the ASA Sales Operations team to develop and execute strategies that enhance sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention. You will drive sales planning, build scalable processes, and provide insights that guide executive decision-making. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical, operational, and cross-functional leadership skills to ensure alignment and impact across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance. You Will Get To: Sales Strategy: Lead the development and execution of annual sales plans and long-term strategic initiatives. Partner with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, FP&A, and Product to align business goals and customer engagement strategies. Sales Process & Programs: Optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and scalability. Identify areas for improvement using performance data, customer insights, and market trends. Present recommendations to executive leaders to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness. Forecasting & Business Cadence: Oversee forecasting accuracy and drive performance management through structured business cadences. Lead pipeline reviews, identify performance gaps, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across teams, including Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success, to drive unified strategies that strengthen acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction. This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $109,000.00 - $174,000.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $103,500.00 - $165,300.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside. Who you are Experience: 10+ years of experience in Sales, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations within the technology or real estate sector. Strategic Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting complex insights and strategies to executive audiences. Analytical & Insight-Driven: Skilled in analyzing ambiguous or complex business challenges and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Technically Proficient: Advanced expertise in analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Tableau.
