Requirements
Requires a BS degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills, with preferred prior industry or customer service/billing experience.

Job Responsibilities: • Reconcile Surgery Cases • Place and Merge Restock Orders • Bill Surgery Cases • Place Direct/EDI Customer Orders • Obtaining Customer Purchase Orders • Handling Pricing Discrepancies • Answer Phone Calls from Sales Reps and Customer Accounts Job Requirements • Meeting Monthly Goals • Time Management Skills • Excellent Communication Skills • Analytical Skills • Attention to Detail • Problem Solving Skills • Relationship Building Skills • BS degree or equivalent experience • Prior industry and/or Customer Service/Billing experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Work Location: Remote
