You will lead strategic initiatives, develop scalable processes, and provide actionable insights to support the Growth Advisor and Launch Advisor teams, ensuring they have the tools and data needed to succeed. What You'll Do: - You will develop and implement strategic sales operations processes to enhance team productivity and effectiveness. - You will collaborate cross-functionally to design and deploy tools that streamline sales workflows. - You will analyze sales data to generate insights that inform decision-making and strategy. - You will lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and sales performance. - You will partner with Growth Advisor and Launch Advisor teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. - You will manage and mentor a team of sales operations professionals to foster growth and excellence. - You will oversee the integration of new technologies and systems to support sales operations. - You will communicate key metrics and progress to senior leadership to drive alignment and accountability. What You Bring: - 7+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles, preferably within technology or real estate sectors. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau. - Proven experience in process development and project management. - Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. - Experience managing and mentoring teams to achieve high performance. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales enablement tools. - Background in real estate or property technology industries. - Advanced data visualization skills and experience with BI tools. - Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent).
