You will lead strategic initiatives to enhance client engagement and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of this segment. What You'll Do: - You will manage and grow relationships with mid-market real estate agents and brokerages, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement targeted marketing and sales strategies. - You will analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new offerings. - You will lead presentations and training sessions to educate clients on the value and usage of Zillow's software and advertising products. - You will track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of initiatives and inform decision-making. - You will work closely with product and engineering teams to communicate client needs and influence product roadmaps. - You will develop and execute plans to increase product adoption and revenue growth within the mid-market segment. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or client success within the real estate or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and agent software solutions. - Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive business growth. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
