Role Overview: As the Mid-Market Manager for Agent Software & Advertising, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and engagement within the mid-market segment. You will lead strategic initiatives to enhance agent productivity and advertising effectiveness, ensuring our tools meet the evolving needs of real estate professionals. What You'll Do: - You will manage and grow relationships with mid-market real estate agents, understanding their unique needs and challenges. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and promote innovative marketing and sales solutions. - You will analyze market trends and agent feedback to inform product enhancements and advertising strategies. - You will lead initiatives to increase adoption and usage of Zillow’s agent software and advertising products. - You will provide training and support to agents to maximize their success with our tools. - You will track and report on key performance metrics to measure the impact of your strategies. - You will identify new business opportunities within the mid-market segment to drive revenue growth. - You will represent Zillow at industry events and build a strong network within the real estate community. What You Bring: - 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or marketing within the real estate or technology sectors. - Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and agent software solutions. - Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships in a mid-market environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. - Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic team setting. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with digital advertising platforms and campaign management. - Background in SaaS product management or software sales. - Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation software. - Previous experience working in a real estate technology company.
