The Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation will develop and manage comprehensive demand generation campaigns across multiple channels and optimize email marketing strategies. As our Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing demand generation programs. You’ll own and optimize email marketing strategies, develop high-impact demand campaigns, and partner closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to design and implement outbound sales programs. Your efforts will be instrumental in generating and nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified leads, contributing directly to revenue growth. What You’ll Do: Demand Campaigns: Develop and manage comprehensive demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and content marketing. Ensure alignment with sales goals and company objectives. Email Marketing: Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns that engage and convert. Leverage A/B testing and analytics to continually improve performance and ROI. BDR Sales Programs: Lead and enhance our BDR programs by providing strategic guidance, developing targeted outreach strategies, and optimizing processes to maximize lead conversion rates. ABM and Automated Outreach: Implement and manage ABM campaigns, utilizing personalized content and strategies to engage high-value accounts. Leverage marketing automation tools to create and execute automated outreach campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant communication with prospects. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and report on the effectiveness of demand generation efforts. Leverage tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo to build and refine automated programs, drive pipeline velocity, and improve lead handoffs and conversion. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to ensure message consistency, audience alignment, and go-to-market cohesion. Who You Are: A collaborative leader who works closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive cohesive, integrated marketing efforts. A strong operator and project manager, capable of orchestrating complex, multi-touch campaigns with precision and agility. Analytically minded with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Results-oriented approach and a passion for driving growth creatively. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA Optional but valued. 5+ years of experience in demand generation, email marketing, or a related role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry. Proven track record of designing and executing successful email marketing and demand generation campaigns. Experience running and managing ABM strategies and automated outreach campaigns.
