Full Description

Location: Remote: United States **This role is not eligible for relocation assistance** We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Tech Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular. The ideal candidate will lead a development team, provide technical direction, and contribute hands-on to the design and development of scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers. Develop and review backend services, REST APIs, and Angular applications. Drive Angular frontend development using TypeScript, RxJS, reusable components, and modern UI development practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support performance optimization. Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders. Support CI/CD, application deployments, and cloud/container environments. Ensure applications meet requirements for security, scalability, performance, and maintainability. Participate in sprint planning, technical estimation, and delivery tracking. Required Skills & Experience 12+ years of software development experience, including experience leading technical teams. Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices. Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, HTML, and CSS. Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs. Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, design patterns, and distributed applications. Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, automated testing, and code-quality tools. Strong troubleshooting, communication, mentoring, and team leadership skills.
