Description: • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential customers and participate in the sales process from discovery to closing deals • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations showcasing product features, benefits, and value propositions • Understand customer requirements and business challenges and develop tailored solutions • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers during the pre-sales phase • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution designs, and product specifications • Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to provide feedback and stay updated on product releases • Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) activities to demonstrate solution feasibility and effectiveness • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and engage with potential customers Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering) - must • Proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, preferably in the information security industry • Strong technical background • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed Benefits: • Competitive salary • Stock options • Attractive benefits • Annual bonus (for non-commissioned roles)
