About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused leader to oversee the day-to-day commercial operations of our North America business. This role is responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and high-performing market operations by driving data-based decisions across pricing, promotions, demand planning, assortment strategy, channel alignment, and inventory health. You will play a critical role in translating business objectives into operational plans and delivering consistent revenue, margin, and sell-through performance across both online and offline channels. This is a business operations leadership role with full ownership of execution and performance. Key Responsibilities • Own the day-to-day commercial operations of the North America market • Make data-driven decisions on discount approvals and promotional timing • Lead demand planning and sales forecasting for e-commerce channels • Define SKU prioritization and product assortment for retail and offline channels • Determine purchase and replenishment plans in partnership with supply chain • Ensure healthy inventory levels and proactively mitigate inventory risk • Drive sell-through performance and operational efficiency across all channels • Maintain pricing and promotional alignment to prevent channel conflict • Establish clear KPIs, performance tracking, and execution rhythm • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure fast and effective execution Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in commercial operations, retail operations, sales operations, or business management • Proven track record of owning and driving business performance • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on execution capability • Deep experience in demand planning, inventory management, and SKU strategy • Ability to make fast, data-backed decisions in a dynamic environment • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills Preferred • Experience in consumer electronics, wearables, smart devices, sports, or FMCG • Multi-channel experience across e-commerce, retail, and distribution Benefits of Working At Zepp Health • Competitive salary, Vacation day, sick day and a remote-friendly culture • Health insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, life insurance • 401K & Matching • Year-end Bonus pay • Other Benefits Zepp Health is an Equal Opportunity employer and welcomes everyone to our team.
