Role Overview We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our existing customers. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, focused on renewals, expansions, and long-term client success. By understanding customer needs and aligning them with Zensai’s learning solutions, you’ll strengthen partnerships, drive adoption, and deliver measurable impact. What You’ll Do Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts, ensuring on-time renewals and long-term retention for our North American clients Proactively identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts. Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Partner with internal teams (Customer Success, Product, Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions. Leverage data and insights to uncover growth opportunities and demonstrate value. Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to improve our offerings. What You Bring Positive and growth mindset with a default to proactivity 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, in SaaS or technology (preferably HR technology) Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets through renewals and expansion. Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to lead and influence at all levels. Business acumen to understand customer challenges and connect them to Zensai’s solutions. Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven account management and accurate forecasting A proactive, accountable problem-solving mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
