About the Role As a Data Analyst, you will partner cross-functionally across the organization to support thoughtful decision-making that strengthens our products and overall business performance. You will translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations that help teams prioritize high-impact initiatives and measure what matters most. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders by defining and standardizing key business metrics, evaluating performance, and identifying opportunities to drive stronger outcomes. You’ll establish clear measurement frameworks that promote consistency, transparency, and alignment across teams. You’ll play a central role in enabling effective decision-making by building dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across the organization. What You’ll Do Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) Partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization to define metrics, measure performance, and interpret data to drive decision-making. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making across departments Develop and maintain data models and queries to support reporting needs Ensure data integrity and accuracy through validation and quality checks Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders You’re a Good Fit If You: 1 to 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field). Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with complex datasets Experience building dashboards with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets at an advanced level Experience with Python or R for data analysis (preferred but not required) Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations Detail-oriented, curious, and proactive in identifying opportunities Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and business audiences Key Responsibilities: Own reporting and dashboarding for core business metrics Monitor performance metrics and proactively flag risks or opportunities Support experimentation and A/B testing analysis Standardize metric definitions and documentation Deliver recurring and one-off analyses that influence business outcomes Contribute to building a data-driven culture across the organization
