Full Description

We’re growing fast — and we need a sharp, emotionally intelligent setter to help us scale. Zen Psychiatry is a high-performing business and mentorship program helping psychiatrists and psychiatric NPs launch and grow private practices with confidence, autonomy, and profit. We offer premium coaching, training, and clinical tools to help providers take control of their careers and deliver transformational care to patients — and we’re doing it at scale. We’re now hiring a Setter to warm up leads, qualify them, and book them into sales calls with our closers. What You’ll Be Doing: • Follow up with WARM leads who have opted in through our funnels, email list, or content • Engage qualified prospects via email, SMS, DM, or short calls to build rapport • Ask strategic questions to determine where they are in their journey and whether they’re a fit • Book qualified prospects into our calendar for 15-minute or 45-minute consults • Track and report lead conversations, objections, and outcomes inside our CRM (GoHighLevel) • Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead quality and message alignment What Success Looks Like: • You book a consistent number of qualified calls each week • You show up daily with energy, drive, and a sense of ownership • You engage prospects quickly, warmly, and with clarity • You can move conversations forward, not just “check in” • You learn our ideal customer avatar, messaging, and objections fast — and make adjustments in real time • You stay organized and communicate proactively with our team Requirements: • Proven success in a sales, SDR or appointment setter role • Experience with high-ticket or coaching/consulting offers a strong plus • Strong written communication skills — you must write clearly, confidently, and with personality • High empathy and emotional intelligence (you’re not pushy, but you are persuasive) • Comfortable using CRM tools (we use GoHighLevel) • Bonus: You’re coachable and might one day want to grow into a closer role • Must be U.S.-based or U.S. citizen in a North American time zone Position Details: • Compensation: $2500/month base + $75 per qualified show up and additional $150 if the prospect signs up for our program • Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) • Location: Fully remote • Benefits: PTO after initial contract period. No health benefits currently Hiring Process: We run a lean, high-performance team, and therefore hiring the right person is critical.
