Zeeva Care, a Collaborative Psychotherapy Group, is now hiring a compassionate and detail-driven Patient Care Coordinator to join our support team! This can be a fully work from home position. This can be a fully work from home position. Zeeva is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to be the go-to person for ensuring an exceptional patient experience. This person will guide new and current clients through scheduling, benefits checks, paperwork, transitions, terminations, and referrals, while also coordinating closely with our therapists and administrative team. Your role is at the heart of Zeeva’s mission: helping clients access care smoothly, feel heard at every step, and stay connected to Zeeva. Responsibilities include: Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries with warmth and clarity Managing new client intake, benefits verification, and matching to the right provider Assisting with scheduling and care coordination Supporting internal systems for communication and documentation Managing records requests, correspondence, and patient onboarding Collaborating with therapists to ensure continuity of care Tracking and utilizing care plans, follow-up needs, and referrals Helping maintain smooth workflows and SOPs related to patient care Ideal candidate has: Experience in a mental health or healthcare and customer service Empathy and a strong ability to hold space while staying organized Clear, friendly, and professional phone and written communication skills Comfort with technology (EHR systems, GoHighLevel, IVR, spreadsheets, Google Workspace, etc.) Excellent attention to detail and follow-through A strong sense of discretion, boundaries, and professionalism Experience in insurance, authorizations, or benefits checks is a plus About Zeeva: Zeeva is a collaborative psychotherapy group in California and Nevada, founded by a therapist, for therapists.
