We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Property & Casualty Licensed Sales Agent who is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow a rewarding career. We want someone who is: • Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) REQUIRED • Licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance REQUIRED • Experienced in insurance sales, preferably Auto, Home, Landlord, and Renters Insurance • Aggressive, motivated, and results-driven • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Focused, undistracted, and passionate about sales • Motivated to earn more and elevate their lifestyle Responsibilities Position Overview: As a Sales Agent, youll be responsible for selling Auto, Home, Landlord, and Renters Insurance to new and existing clients. This is a high-income potential position with a strong base salary and commission structure designed to reward top performers.
