The OSP Controls & Governance team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Launch Specialist to oversee the critical setup of new projects. This role ensures that every project begins with accurate data, complete documentation, and the correct system relationships, enabling project management teams to focus on efficient and effective delivery. You will play a central role at the start of the project lifecycle, serving as the guardian of data integrity and process compliance. By ensuring projects are launched correctly, you will directly influence the reliability, scalability, and success of OSP initiatives. This position requires someone who can thrive in a structured yet fast-paced environment, balancing precision with flexibility. Our Project Management Launch Specialist provides the foundation for successful project execution. By ensuring that projects are set up correctly from the start, you will reduce risk, prevent costly rework, and enable project managers to focus on delivery. This role is vital in strengthening governance, improving efficiency, and enhancing the overall reliability of project management across OSP. This position is designed for professionals who want to build expertise in project governance, data management, and operational excellence. NOTE: We are open to this position working remotely within the United States Responsibilities Take ownership of the project setup process, ensuring that all required fields, documentation, and relationships are completed prior to handoff to project execution teams. Act as the first line of governance for new projects, validating inputs and ensuring compliance with established standards and policies. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, confirm, and resolve any missing or incomplete project information. Maintain data accuracy and consistency across multiple project management platforms and reporting tools. Proactively identify trends in project setup issues, recommend improvements, and contribute to the continuous refinement of launch workflows. Prepare and deliver reporting on setup accuracy and compliance metrics, highlighting risks and areas for improvement. Serve as a subject matter resource for project teams, answering questions and providing guidance on launch requirements. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy. Analytical mindset with the ability to spot inconsistencies and proactively address gaps. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams. Proficiency with productivity tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and project management systems. Experience operating in Salesforce or Sitetracker is a plus. Experience with project coordination, governance, or data management strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Miscellaneous Requirements Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Suite products. Travel as required (Less than 10% estimated) for critical meetings. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
