Our channels include popular names like React, People vs. Food, Brat TV, Kids Learning Tube, Crypt TV, and more. We bring innovative original shows featuring some of the Internet's most renowned personalities. Our mission is to deliver entertaining content that resonates with the next generation. Role Description ZATV is seeking a Jr. Account Manager to join our team in Burbank, CA. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within the digital media and advertising space. You will support the execution of integrated media campaigns across our portfolio of owned-and-operated and client properties, including but not limited to, People Vs. Food, React, Brat TV, Crypt TV, and our influencer division Beeline Talent. As a Jr. Account Manager, you will work closely with the VP, Sales & Marketing and cross-functional teams to help deliver branded content campaigns, influencer marketing extensions, and paid media initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Assist with pre-sales for new campaigns, pitching in on the completion of RFP’s, advising on pricing, inventory and planning and completing decks for new business. • Prepare campaign documentation, timelines, and production briefs. • Manage branded content productions and influencer campaigns by maintaining project timelines and ensuring deliverables stay on track while serving as the subject matter authority for your projects and regularly present project context, goals, and progress. • Coordinate with production and talent teams to help source creators, track approvals, and ensure branded elements are properly represented. • For live campaigns, monitor pacing and delivery, and work with our teams to schedule and implement pre-roll media. • Build strong relationships between creators and agencies, and ensure we are delivering high-quality content and results that meet our customer’s goals and efficiently utilize their budget • Participate in client and internal sync calls, taking notes, tracking action items, and supporting communication flow as be the main point of contact for internal and external teams. • Assist on set for branded productions, supporting client visits, creator coordination, and ensuring branded integrations are executed as planned. • Deliver high-quality customer service and represent ZATV with professionalism. • Working knowledge of content formats and styles across YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, X, etc. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in digital/social account coordination/management, partnerships, and/or related internships/roles (production or agency experience a plus). • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills is a MUST. • Experience working cross-functionally, juggling multiple deadlines, and supporting projects from start to finish. • A self-starter with relentless drive and ability to manage multiple projects at once. • Deep understanding of major social platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, X) and general familiarity with creators and trends. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn. • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace. • A positive, collaborative attitude and interest in the digital advertising/creator economy. Compensation 65k - 70k / Annually DOE
