We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Ad Operations Client Partner to join our team and support our fast growing Zartico Media Attribution Business. This role will be a part of our Client Experience department and will be an integral part of the client success and technical teams to ensure campaigns meet and exceed client objectives. The Ad Operations Client Partner will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of digital advertising media attribution campaigns, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing data-driven strategic insights to clients, and will work closely with sales, account management, and technical teams at Zartico. Responsibilities: • Work with sales and account management to gather and verify campaign details, ensuring accurate and timely launches and delivery. • Serve as the primary point of contact for media attribution clients and agencies on all operational and technical matters during pre-sales and live campaigns, with a strong background in agency advertising operations, media serving and campaign tracking. • Act as liaison for agencies to assist and train new clients on onboarding and campaigns setup • Monitor and troubleshoot delivery issues to ensure campaigns run smoothly • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to clients. • Generate and present comprehensive and accurate campaign performance report summaries with actionable insights to clients • Engage with clients and agencies in a consultative approach to help them maximise the value of their Zartico attribution solution and their campaign performance. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. • Proven experience (2-3 years preferred) in digital ad operations, with a strong background in advertising and media • Experience with ad tags and tracking pixels • Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including ad networks, exchanges, and data management platforms • Strong relationship management skills and excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting • A proactive, customer-focused, and collaborative mindset • Digital ad agency experience preferred Location: Zartico is a remote-first company with headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental United States Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
