Travel expenses will be covered. About You As a Video Producer at Zams, you’ll be the creative lead for customer testimonial projects from start to finish. You’ll handle everything from pre-production planning, on-site recording, and interviewing to editing, animations, and final delivery. You’ll play a critical role in helping us showcase the voices of our customers and demonstrate the impact of our platform through compelling video content. We’re looking for someone who’s resourceful, highly creative, and thrives on both the storytelling and technical aspects of video production. If you love working closely with a team, traveling for shoots, and bringing customer stories to life with polished, engaging visuals, we’d love to work with you. Responsibilities Plan, film, and produce customer testimonial videos end-to-end, including interviews and supporting footage. Travel to customer locations (expenses covered by Zams) to capture authentic, high-quality video. Handle editing, sound mixing, and color correction to deliver polished final cuts. Add branded motion graphics, animations, and titles to elevate storytelling. Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to shape storylines and align with brand messaging. Manage video projects from concept through delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Continuously experiment with new creative approaches and editing techniques to keep content fresh. Proven experience producing, filming, and editing testimonial, documentary-style, or corporate videos. Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects). Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to conduct engaging interviews. Skills in motion graphics and simple animations for professional polish. Comfortable with travel and on-site production logistics. Ability to work independently on a project basis with strong attention to detail. Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end video projects.
