We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. As a Cook/Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and maintaining cleanliness in the food preparation area. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and portion sizes - Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and hygienic manner - Assist with menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans - Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation - Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred - Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods - Familiarity with menu planning and recipe creation - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
