Delivery Manager (Fintech | Partner Delivery) Zact is hiring a Delivery Manager to lead bank-facing delivery for our card, payments, and expense management platform. This role sits within the Product organization, aligned to the VP of Product, and serves as the primary delivery interface between issuing banks, reseller partners, processors, and Zact’s internal product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams. The Delivery Manager is accountable for ensuring Zact products are delivered on time, meet bank-specific and regulatory requirements, and are ready for successful UAT and production launch. This role works closely with banks to translate contractual commitments, payments requirements, operational needs, and white-label expectations into clear requirements, executable delivery plans, and UAT-ready Location & Work Authorization Must be based in the United States Remote-only position within the US Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship What you’ll do Serve as the primary delivery interface for issuing banks and payments partners, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and launch readiness Lead requirements, planning, and solutioning sessions covering card issuing, payments, expense management, reporting, and operational workflows Own corporate client onboarding and offboarding delivery for bank partners, including definition of workflows, roles, data requirements, and UAT readiness Lead migration planning and execution for corporate clients moving from legacy bank or third-party platforms onto Zact, including data mapping, cutover strategy, validation, and coordination with bank and processor teams Translate bank-specific and white-label requirements such as branding, terminology, approval flows, reporting, and operational controls into clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria Partner with banks to define payments-specific UAT, including authorization scenarios, declines, reversals, refunds, settlement, reconciliation, and end-to-end lifecycle validation Coordinate delivery execution across Product, Engineering and Compliance Operations Own delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk management, with proactive and transparent communication to bank stakeholders Manage scope changes and regulatory- or bank-driven requirements, assessing impact to timelines and delivery commitments Ensure UAT and go-live readiness meets bank, processor, and card network quality standards, including operational, compliance, and support readiness What we’re looking for Experience delivering payments, card issuing, or expense management platforms in fintech or regulated B2B SaaS environments Hands-on experience working with issuing banks, BIN sponsors, processors, or card networks Strong understanding of payments lifecycles including authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, and reconciliation Proven ability to lead requirements definition, UAT preparation, and partner delivery in multi-stakeholder environments Experience supporting corporate client onboarding, offboarding, and platform migrations Comfortable navigating regulatory, compliance, and network-driven constraints while maintaining delivery timelines Strong execution discipline, ownership mindset, and partner-facing communication skills Experience in fast-growing or startup fintech environments is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering Why Zact Zact builds modern card, payments, and expense management solutions for banks, partners, and their corporate customers.
